Commission art work can vary quite a bit due to many factors. The simpler the request and the more freedom the artist has to work with, the lower the price will be.
However, we realize that some folks will want to really personalize a commission piece. We want to meet your desires and are willing to work with you on making it look the way you hope.

and handling.
Shipping is done thru the US Postal Service unless otherwise arranged. As with any other business, the purchaser pays for the shipping costs. You may specify that the product be insured if desired.
All art is shipped in a mailing tube and marked "DO NOT BEND"& "FRAGILE".
We do not offer framing except for local purchases. If you are in the South Central region of Alaska
and would like to have your piece framed, let us know.

What we need from you:
1) Clear definition of what you want (color of vehicle, details on car, front, back or side of car, background are examples).
2) At least one good clear reference photo (digital or otherwise) of the vehicle you want us to draw (or other item).
3) Consideration for the artists time. Requests to make changes at the sketch phase are acceptable (within reason). Please make sure you are happy with a sketch before you ask the artist to commit to finishing a commission piece.
4) We ask you to realize that the art we produce is in the style you see in our galleries. Please do not ask us to emulate another artist's style or expect a different result from what you see in our galleries. Because commission art is one of a kind, it will never be exactly the same as another piece.
What you can expect from us:
1) Prompt communication. We take business very seriously and respect your time.
2) Quality of work. The quality of our commission art will be as good as if not better than that you see in our galleries.
3) Three sketches to select from once we are commissioned to begin work.
IMPORTANT NOTE:Bear Bum Studios has no affiliation with any auto manufacturer or any brands that may be depicted in BBS art. ANY trademark, emblem, logo or such on any automobile drawn is the property of that manufacturer or company.
Bear Bum Studio and it's artists do not include vehicle emblems for any reason other than to help the viewer understand which brand of vehicle the cartoon is depicting.
